Morton Stanley Park FREE Festival Tune into Radfax

Morton Stanley Park Free Music Festival is taking place this weekend Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st August with more than 30 bands performing over the two days.
Wilson’s Fun Fair will be at the park all weekend with youngsters also being given the chance to try Parkour, a sport involving vaulting, rolling, running and climbing over objects, as part of a special demo on the Sunday.
During the event children will be able to get crafty by helping to bring old unused cars back to life as sharks. The activity is for children of all ages but under 12s must be accompanied by an adult.
This year there will also be more than 50 stalls based in the Community Area, including a Teddy Bear Adoption Centre and a Teddy Bear Hospital where old teddies can be given a new lease of life. Money raised at these stalls will go to towards buying a new wheelchair for a Redditch youngster. The Kettle Club will also be serving refreshments in a quintessential vintage style setting throughout the event.
